It looks like its already got a race pipe on it. I'd imagine that the restrictor in the gearing has been done already too. Should be good for about 50/55mph.
I had a Benelli 491 Superbike 50cc scooter a few years back. Fully race prepped, titanium race pipe, uprated bottom end bearings etc. When it was running right it did 75mph. Went like feckin billio. The variator kept breaking down every few months. I got fed up with getting it fixed so I sold it. I've got a Gilera SP Runner now and thats been derestricted. With a lump like me on it, it still does 55mph flat out.
