Matt I've already removed the badges from the boot, apart from the Griffin due to the holes in the boot lit. Now, do I remove the SXI badges from the doors?
dodger i say yes, keep the car plain and simple, unfortunately i have the earlier model were the SRi is i the bump strips BTW your car looks good with the new tinted lights, have you still got the orignal lights that you took off?
Drakey Badgeless, looks great without. Would love to remove the Griffin off the boot, hardest thing to clean in & around.
Drakey 56k_warning said: I say remove as well.... Speaking of which i need to get shot of my 150 sticker:-/ I tried going over mine in black, kinda wish I hadnt, then removed them. Although I only get my servicing kit etc from them, Ive Courtenay Sport replacing them at the mo. Mines standard but its advertising I suppose.

I'm going to order some tinted indicator lights as well after the weekend when I've been paid, to finish the look off.
Sjdickso I would prob remove them as well Matt. in saying that though i was going to remove all my boot badges and they are still on.
Round I agree, remove them. I want to remove mine but I'm worried you will always see where they were..
Matt If the paint work is in good condition, you shouldn't have any issues. It's always best once you've removed a badge to give the surrounding area a good polish and wax, to make sure the paint is looked after.
Daz Only to badges left on mine now are the imscher one on the tailgate and the i on the grille...so i say remove em too matt.
Andy_Coupe I voted no, only because you can tell it isnt a bog standard club model with the sxi badges on.
TimSri Can't understand all this de-badging. Are n't you guys proud you own a 2.2/astra/vectra/vauxhall? I always thought people did this to pretend there car was more powerfull than it actually is. Each to there own i suppose.
Matt I've always got rid of the badges because they are a flace for crap to build up and difficult to clean. I'm very proud to own a Vauxhall Astra, however, I know what it is, and I know what model it is. I don't really care if other people don't. I like the "clean" look of a de-badged car.
