You could go 40W it will give more protection when warm!
For cold starts 0W.
Run fully synthetic Castrol Edge 0W/40W, runs better throughout the temp range, smoother, revs quicker, more mpg, etc. Its going back in when my crank oil seals replaced. Can almost feel the grinding off the VX stuff in comparison, runs rougher and hotter.
