spark plugs

nealy time for me to service my astra again been reading on here that vauxhall spark plugs are the best is that true? how much are they from main dealer? last set i had was ngk £12.30 for a set

I always use genuine plugs from Vauxhall. Never had any problems. The only other plugs that i've used are Bosch Super 4 Platinum plugs but that was in my 2ltr Cavalier. They were excellent.

buy the standard vx plugs cheers..

about the same price as your last plugs dunno..

The Vauxhall/Opel triple electrode spark plugs are actually made by Bosch (their Part No: HLR8STEX) and are the recommended plugs to use for the Z22SE engine.

For reference the Vauxhall Part No is: 9199038 (recently changed) - Vauxhall Dealer RRP is £3.72 each + VAT.
