anyone know if there is a program i can install that will measure how much bandwidth i'm using a month??

i now i've been downloading a fair bit recently but was curious to know exactly how much.

Who is your ISP?

I know with a few you can log into there website with your details and it tells you. Not sure of a program out there that will do it, but maybe someone else might know.

If i remember correct, your with newsdeamon? If its anything like giga, you can see your total d/l on your account page.

just checked the date when i signed up to New Demon and it was the 17/06 which is just over 2 weeks ago and since then i have downloaded 120gig :shock:

they call it acceptable usage policy but it don't say a lot about downloading.

it won't be that high, i've just gone a bit mad since flashing the 360.

IRC you like me on 20mb virgin? Im sure you've seen all the stuff about traffic control between 4pm and 12am? If i d/l more than about 10gb between those hours they slow me down to 10mb, so i just queue them up and start after midnight. you will get full speed. i regularly grab between 250-500gb per month with no probs

thats correct i'm on virgin 20 meg. my traffic shaping starts after i have downloaded 3 gig between those hours and lasts for a 4 hour period from when it kicks in. i get slowed down to 5 meg.

I have a few m8's who are in other areas and they all report different levels of throttling, looks like its a lottery depending on what part of the country you live!
