Gear box oil???

As i have no haynes manual i thought i should ask the experts...

Just simply wondering wheither the z22se has seperate g/box oil or not??

If it has what fluid should i use if i wish to change it??

Also as my gear box can be a tad notchy!! Would it help if i put some of that slick 50 malacy in there??

the gearbox does have it's own gearbox oil and it's a vx only supply too :roll:

I have some slick50 in my vectra gearbox, just to help prevent the 1st,2nd change problem some boxes have, mine is so far still ok 🙂

How do we check the level :?

Hmmmmmm.....Cant say ive ever checked mine lol.........VOCKY....

there is a level plug on the rear of the gearbox, fill the box until the oil comes out, then add another 100ml.
