Got Kates lad one for Christmas (he wanted the G600 - dream on buddy was the reply), really quite impressed with it. Ive just upgraded from the E900 and was more than happy with the Samsung. Never had too much trouble with the touch buttons that most people moaned about.
Now on an Orange SPV E650.

i had the u700 that was exclusive to vodafone and it it's by far the worst fone i have had coz it's touch screen it kept making calls and sending texts and it even bought a game off the net all the time it was in my pocket. i now have a nokia (my first in ages) and i'm impressed with it as it's the N81 8gb and not had a problem with it yet but i still rate sony highly in the fone department.

my best mates got this phone and it's pretty smart i must say, very light too. only thing that annoyed me is the call button as i found it quite sensitive? everytime i went to press it, it'd do it twice so i'd end up calling the last person he phoned lol. but after i got used to it was fine.

you mean the N95 8GB? i ordered my n95 on wednesday and it was supposed to turn up today.. notsure.gif first time ill of had a nokia in about 4 years so im hoping i get on with it as im used to sony ericsson.

i couldnt fault the samsung for anything but the touch screen.

no the nokia N81 8gb its the same as the N81 but instead of up 2gb memory it has 8gb built in 😃 showo.. i did want the N95 8gb but vodafone wanted £75 for it and the N81 was free so i got the latter, only thing wrong with the N81 is that the camera isnt very good 4 a 2MP camera as my previous sony's at 2MP were much better.

ohhhh right i didnt even know there was a N81 thats why i assumed you meant 95.

not very clued up on nokias as you can tell lol

yeah i wanted the 8GB but O2 wanted 99.99 for it, so got the normal one!

i got this phone and i hate it, the hang up button is so sensitive, had it 6 month now and its really annoying. especially how u have to set the flash everytime to take pic and then it takes about 5 seconds to take a picture. im trading it in as soon as i can

I know, my wife has basically the same version but with push buttons instead of the touch ones, and hers is much bette. I'll be going back to Nokia in September when I can upgrade again.

I have one of these or should i say had it is now back at Sony Ericsson with software problems so i would stay clear of them It was only 2 months old :cry:

my friend had probs with his wouldnt load any of his files, like videos n music

Just shows that mobile phone manufacturers are happy to release phones with software that should still be in "Beta" testing stage. My Nokia N80 was terrible until it had the firmware updated.
