right he goes, my exhaust is blowing in a few places and i'm looking to get a new 1 soon but i need to put my car through the m.o.t and was wondering if i could just wrap exhaust wrap round it. it's blowing from the cat back to the back box.

£60 for a Remus Straight Through would be a lot cheaper than a new normal centre section. Not sure about the exhaust wrap passing an MOT though??

As long as its not blowing fella who gives a monkeys. You'll need to plug the holes as it will affect the emmision output, lambda reading will be sure to go up past its limit. I found that red bull cans and jubile clips work well :lol:

cool thanks guys, so wrap should be ok then? coz it's on some joints rather than on pipe itself.

Wrap and some paste shud be ok...as long as it aint blowing and or aint excessivly corroded u'll be ok

it's not that it's corroded but it's just welded joints that are blowing. ill have to get sum wrap for now then.thanks for the info
