engine trouble a low rpm

My engine have a little problem :
when the engine is idle (I don't know if I use the good word : I want to say when I don't accelerate, and the engine is a 700-750 rpm), the engine seems to be unbalanced/not stable. It don't vary a lot, but the front of my car is pumping.
The engine make some noise like it have only 3 piston on...
I think also i have loss power at high rpm (>5000rpm).
It don't have any light on on my dashboard
I check fault code with my OBD interface, and no fault code found.
I think one of my coil is defective...

what do you think about that?

maybe.... so I'm very lucky that do not jump more than 1 touth...

1 tooth is a big gap... about 2 or 3 teeth with a cam belt...
I think it's not more thant 1 tooth, otherwise valves will be out...
and my engine work good from 1000rpm to 5500rpm..

but it can be an other problem also.

I must change my cam chain next month (I don't have the money for thise month), so if i don't found the problem before, i will chech my cam timing at this moment

If I remember correctly your chain is noisy :roll:

if it's jumped it will snap very, very soon 🙁

please replace the chain before your engine is destroyed cheers..

My chain was a tooth out for almost four months and that didn't snap 🙂

I think I was lucky though 🙂

I had idle problems, the car was very uneven at idle although it wasn't really what could be described as a misfire. It was certainly firing on all four cylinders.

Take a look at the thread of mine in this section called "Lack of Low Down Power, Uneven Tickover" to see my symptoms and all the things I tried before changing the timing chain.

So i think i'm goging to remove my EGR valve

lets hope it is just the egr valve cheers..

use a blanking plate and leave the valve connected by the plug.

Sorry have had worse than that recently and my EGR valve is taken out of the equation.
