daaaaavek A big package from the USA just arrived for me this morning .. wonder what that could be! 🙂
blue_se2 A Big thanks to Maik for posting up the dimensions of the ECM mounting plate. Here's mine not quite as neat as lightning's but not bad for the tools i had LOL. Just got the mounting tabs to cut and bend but i'll wait until the manifold arrives for them
Lightning_Coupe Sorted! That should do the job nicely. I'm planning on fitting mine on wednesday/Thursday this week becouse I'm off work but I ant for the life of me get hold of an alternator suppresor. Nowhere sells them that I can find and Deamon theifs website says +7 days to get one. Not happy 🙁
Lightning_Coupe I think the scrapyards looking the best option at the minute, theres a few bits and bobs I could do with. Ill probably go wednesday morning and see what I can find. Maplins dont do them, and I cant find anything on Ebay. not to worry, I've not been to a breakers in years so its a nice change.
A11VXL Some Part Numbers for 3 way non return valves if they help .... 90373359 2x13.5 connectors + 1 Vacum 90497004 2x8.5 connectors+ 1 Vacum 90304535 2x13.5 connectors+ 2 Vacum On the connectors some VX's have 8.5 and some have 13.5 ! seems to depend on what was in stock or who built the car as to what you got! Regards Jon
Lightning_Coupe Balls, Ive just ordered the 13.5mm looking at them part numbers and my cars got 8.5mm pipes......ffs, nothing is simple is it. Thanks for the numbers buddy, Ill have to order another tomorrow.
ASTRA2_2BADLAD how come you all got ya inlet manifolds?? wen are the the group buy ones comin?? dunno..
JohnnyN The recent inlets were ordered before the group buy by a few individuals. I would imagine the group buy inlets and T/B's will be here within the next few weeks. ;-)
andyroo In my VX220 the current servo valve is 12.5mm on both sides!? I thought the manifold side is supposed to be 8.5mm? The manifolds for the 2.2 must come with different size vacuum take offs or something...
Davemark sorry to be a nooob but just comfirming The 2.4 inlet manifild (with standard TB) is just a bolt on job? and then cai add the 2.4 tb ??? im not very good with mechanics but seems like a good mod 🙂 Dave
daaaaavek Just unpacked my box from the states ... my manifold was fitted with gaskets and the map sensor. Maybe that's why the price went up? Anyway, next project is to make up the ECU plate .. woohoo!

blue_se2 I'm sure my servo pipe is 13.5 from mainfold to one way valve then from valve to servo it's 8.5?
