It doesnt look much nothing to shout about but a right pain to make. It will be easier to make them a larger diameter due to the Y piece inlet at 50 degerees off the centre line. Piccies end of the week when i collect the carbon filter.
Might finish off the bigger 2" o/d aluminium jobby.
Dont know whether i am imagining, i have done two separate runs of 31 miles today and returned 3mpg more than normal. Add to this the torque and responsiveness seems to have increased. Also sounds less rough almost sweet and certainly less throttle for a given load or speed.
The only thing i can think of is the cylinders dont have a percentage of engine gases and oil to try and burn.
I may be wrong it could be atmospherics or the car on a better day.
