as above i'm having some trouble with the vectra, it started a few weeks ago before i did a service on it, the trouble were:
when you are at about 2-3k rpm the engine just dies as if something is blocking the fuel from getting in the engine or no air is getting in, so i decided to give it a service. i changed the plugs(from single electrode to triple electrode), the air filter, fuel filter, oil and oil filter and thought that i had cured the problem. but no it didnt and after a few days it came back with the same problem, i just doesnt want to rev as the throttle has no response and the revs just die. it has now caused my car to stall sometimes, i have noticed that it happens more if i'm going round a corner!! it doesnt do it on long journeys though just journeys that are start and stop (like lights and heavy traffic) any help is appreciated 🙂
oh and if it was something like the ignition would an engine light come on as mine isn't on if thats any help.
