TBH i'm not sure how far they can go. With the S/C the engine needs to be running a lower compression than normal.
just had a look on the usa site, most 2.2 conversions are running 245 bhp and they reckon 300 bhp is about the max the gm 2.2 sc will reliably do dunno..
the usa guys say you would require eagle rods, wiseco pistons, standalone ecu, water injection and a 8000 rpm limit to reach 300 bhp, there's going to be a few broken engines at that rpm
they also say the safest way to get 300 bhp is to go 2.0, less rotating mass dunno..

When I enquired about having the S/C fitted to mine a little while ago, Mark told me that the work that i'd had done already would be not be suitable. I would need another head.
I'm in the same boat my mods rule out fitting a sc
