Thats one of sacrifices of modifications unfortunately. I personally think you've made the right choice, as it's a subtle kit, and really does enhance the look of the coupe. As it's being riveted to the existing body work, when it's blended in, it will look a lot better than just being added to the car, and not blended in. Being riveted in will give extra strength to the kit, and will mean it will last a lot longer on the car.
