Jackie has set up an LMF meet on vectra-sri.co.uk and would like to extend it to other clubs aswell, the meet is set for the 30th sept.

Hi everyone as a regional organiser for the east midlands i have come up with an idea for all members to possibly attend.Being a good friend of steve crook at LMF i am thinking of asking steve if we could have an open day / all regional meet at his premises in Mkt Harborough leicestershire which he is renowned for with fellow clubs.At the moment this is just a potential idea but steve is always more than obliging in these matters this would also involve a compatition for the best modified best overall car and longest distance traveled to the meet.I would be looking for those who would be interested to get some kind of idea on the amount of people/cars that would attend this event to make it worth while for steve to open his premises for the day.Of the norm steve useally does this kind of thing on a sunday and supplys food and drink plus this also gives members a chance to buy quality vauxhall parts and modification items for there cars. Anybody that would like to attend this group social event please put your names.
