confused about the chains

my car is 52plate with 103,462 miles on the clock. rite do i just need to get the cam chain replaced or should i get the other one replaced at same time, balancer shaft chain i think its called :oops:

if you are going to them change then i maybe worth getting them both done for peace of mind.

I would replace both chain kits due to the mileage 🙂
