Heat Shield...

Hello,

I replaced the exhaust manifold with a new one and new gaskets as well, bit of DIY with the help of a mate.

I forgot to replace the lower half of the hear shield.

Is it safe to drive like that? It took me ages to get the heat shield off, plan to fix the lower half of the shield only if it poses a threat...

please advise...

the lower heatshield is only really required if a precat is fitted.

the precat creates so much heat they crack the cast manifold 🙁
