Electric windows problem

I disconnected the battery for a few minutes to clear the ECU, but now the windows do not go up/down automatically after pushing the switch for a few seconds. This is not the first time that has happened after disconnecting the battery, however the windows somehow started to work automatically after some time, but it seems to be taking longer this time.

Is there anyway to make the windows work in the auto mode?, thanks

try resetting ur windows by opening them completely and then closing them again

Push the button until the window is fully open, then push and hold the down button for 5 seconds, then close the window and when its fully closed press the up button for 5 seconds.

You can also just keep your finger on the 'Up' button until you hear a faint click from the window motor. You don't have to send them 'Down' first.
