Anybody done a speed awareness course???

Yes i have after many years driving, been caught by the fuzz, (ouch), speeding, 46mph in a 40 zone, i would have probably been going faster, but i like to leave the handbrake on, just to be on the safe side!!! :lol: Anyway when the dreaded letter from the local oinkery arrived, i duly put up my hands and admitted guilt on paper, low and behold, they then send me another letter asking if i would like to attend a SPEED AWARENESS COURSE, instead of getting 3 points, YES PLEASE says i, So the question is does any body know whats involved? not got a date yet. dunno..

as far as im aware you go there and listen to a police officer tell you how bad speeding is and watch a video of a very horific crash to try nd stop you doing it again /

Done the course, more like a survey really, answer questions on pc, bit of a blah blah talk, and thats all,
