PC Diagnostic Software ?

Does anyone know of any PC Diagnostic Software that runs a benchmark on each cmponent like HDD \ CPU \ memory. I did have one that you booted from CD and you could run all these tests but i have lost the CD and can not remember for the life of me what it was anyone got any suggestions?

Memtest86 is available here for free; http://hcidesign.com/memtest/download.html

You burn it to disc and boot from it, to test your ram.

A full benchmarking tool is a program called 'Sandra'.
