COIL SPRINGS????

HELP!! WHY CAN I NOT LOCATE ANY COIL SPRINGS FOR MY VECTRA SRI 2.2 B, without going to vauxhall!!!! ANYONE KNOW THE PART NUMBER, OR EQUIVALENT? ITS A VERY EARLY 2002 facelift, thanks for any help. cheers..

they are the same as a 1.8 16v sri and 2.0 16v sri 😃

the 2.2 is not always listed, like the exhaust, it's the same but not listed for a 2.2 :?

According to the sticker on my door frame, the front axle loading on My 2.2 SRi is 995kgs, that would make the front springs the same as a V6 ??

V6 coil springs?

So you are saying the v6 springs will fit mine, as they are the same axle weight as the 2.2 sri, is the v6 lowered all round then same as? :?

do not use the v6 springs, the v6 lump is much heavier than the all alloy 2.2 and the front end WILL raise, a guy fitted them to his 2.2 and had to replace them again with the correct petrol 16v springs

they are the same as the facelift 1.8/2.0 16v sri petrol vec B's [ -20mm]

Thanks again vocky for clearing that up, i suspected they weren,t the same, i am still having trouble finding springs, am very reluctant to go to vauxhall
to get ripped off, i just cannot understand as it is such a common problem (broken coil springs) why the market isn,t flooded with them?
Oh well the sags continues!!!!! dunno..

Have you actually got a price yet from vauxhall to see how it compares to others? You might be suprised, tell them your in the trade etc.
