It's quite easy to fit, it just takes a bit of figuring out.
I fitted it in my bathroom and bedroom.
Normally, you need to start at the top right hand side, working downwards:
The pieces just click together, and there is a nack to doing it, but once you've done a few, and get the hang of it, it's really easy to do. You don't really need the spacers, just leave a 1cm gap from the edge of the flooring to the skirting board.
