Did mine at the weekend , Discs and pads on the front (quite cheap from vauxhall) in a set and new pads on the rears, easy enough to do but abit awkward on the back getting the pistons back in.

Anyone had any probs if so let me know,will be happy to help this was on a 02 reg 2.2 Hatch. 🙂

Approx round about 40 quid for the front discs and pads, cant remember about the rears,. Will find the receipt later on and let ya know 🙂

Cool, mine are low as I heard them yesterday when my lass was learning to drive in my car :? :lol:

If you look thru your wheel you`ll be able to see the thickness of the pads mate on the front and back 🙂 (assuming u have the standard sri wheels) 🙂

Yes mine are defo very low :? :lol: . I will get some new pads and maybe discs on the weekend 😃, I just looked through my wheels to see how low they are

Definaltley let us know how much you paid for discs and pads for the front and back.

Vaux quoted me £143 for an all round setup - parts only
LMF quoted me £127 for an all round setup - parts only

Ive got a 2.2 Coupe but im assuming that the setup is the same for a hatch.

Also, how do I know if I have lucas or Bocsh calipers?

My receipts are all at my mums so once i get chance to go round i`ll get em.

If you look closely at your rear caliper you can see if they are lucas ones as it says on them mate. Noticed this at wkend . Vauxhall seemed to know which mine had on. 🙂

What calipers are the best to have again? I have just checked mine and I have Bocsh on the rear. Cheers

I have just ordered 308 upgrade so when i fit them you can have my old ones dirt cheap, loads left pads and disks, Just a thought.
