Ive never understood that. Why not buy a turbo and mod that. Would be cheaper. Lovely car though.
I didn't want to 'just buy a turbo and mod that' because there are so many turbo 2.0 Astras out there. That's not saying they're not good because they are (it's just my choice not to buy one and mod it!), and since I've got a 295bhp Z20LET engine'd VX220, modding an Astra SRi/GSi Turbo to the max will in know way give me the same performance as I've got in the VXT.
I wanted to do something different for my everyday car, and not have the same engine as the VXT has, but in a heavier body which will make it slower!
The Supercharger is different to what most other people have got and it is much different to drive than a turbocharged car and more progressive than the turbo in its power delivery.

most people would just do a turbo conversion for that fact its tried and tested
The supercharger conversion is tried and tested on the Z22SE engine. There's over 50 done now between us in the UK and the guys in Germany, including conversions we've done for customers in Norway and in Greece.

just needs the Turbo boot spoiler, then it will look like my old sri-T
I did think about the Turbo rear spoiler, but decided against it because the Prodrive kit was available on the 2.2 models from the factory as an option in about 2003 with the low spoiler.
