DBcoup just wondering if anyone can recomend the best gear to use to clean black fabric seats as im valeting the car tomoro, cheers
ifizzy Hi mate the best stuff to clean any loose hairs dirt etc is parcel tape brings up the fabric a little too. There is a tool that I bought from Lakeland which is a junior hacksaw blade mounted in a lump of wood. This tool has proved a revelation for us when we had a velour interior.(we have 2 border collies) All you do is use it like a brush it lifts the dirt out of the velour and then I use the tape to lift the hairs and dirt good on carpets also it there is too much dirt i vaccuumed the rest. Do not us the spray on fabric cleaners they are a waste of time and money.
Matt hmm, never thought of using parcel tape, might have to have a go with some this weekend, as the interior is a right mess in my astra.
