Heating (Thermostat)

I have a Thermostat on the wall downstairs but it only works when I turn it on full. I went to bed last night just to leave it on a lower setting but it does not work. Any info on how to get it working. Thanks

I think it's brand new. It works on full only at 25c

it could be that it's wired up wrong, has it worked before?

It's been like that since I moved in. Just comes on when fully turned up. Here is a picture of it, it's still got the protective film on the front, as it looks scratched in the picture..........

might be the knob is on in the wrong place, as it should not go that far round dunno..

sorry but i'm a bit stupid at times, i just had a look at your other post about the low pressure and noticed that the radiator stat is set low so all you need to do is turn it up to about 3/4 as if it's set low your boiler will constantly be on trying to heat up and if it's set to high it will cut out as its got a lock out feature on them.
