Calling all z22se owners this is a chance of a lifetime to own a highly polished oil filler cap for your engine.The convertion is the same as the courtney cap ie you have to take the yellow top off and araldite the new one on. Pxc150 is the first to own one and trust me it looks the dogs. Does the cap sit directly over the top of the yellow cap?

you have to take the yellow top off and araldite the new one on, oh and it doae fit the vec c as well

You should have done a How-To guide on this. I tried to remove the yellow cap from the stopper bit and ended up destroying the cap all together. There's a special spring relief valve in the standard cap which makes me wonder what its there for??

I just could not get the 2 parts to separate without ballzing it up.

he is getting a price, it will more than likely be more expensive cuz he dont use no cheep nastie, he uses the stuff they use on forula one cars showo..

right iv phoned, he said they can do them but need to have a very big order ie 100/200 cuz to make the mold will cost in the hundreds, and it wont be worth it for 1 or 2 caps. or you can use folatec and do it yourself. sorry this isn't the reply you were after :cry:

Sorry for being a bit slow, how did you manage to seperate the cap? Did you just prize it off off is there a special way??

screw driver thats all we used to get it off and in one piece,we brought a new one and used that :razz:
