You just have to play them at there own game, when i got the n70 the day it come out, they wanted to try and charge me £185 to get it on a upgrade, so i kindly said put me through the cancellations. so she did, i got there and she asked what was wrong, she said she could only do it to me for £150, but i still refused, said i was going to cancel, and then cancel all of my 255 company mobile phones that i look after (even though we have a maximum of 5 lol), she soon went into chaching mode, and tried to reason with me, so i said, no chance, if you cant do anything on my personal level you wont be getting my business next month, as im sure vodafone would be more than happy, so she went away, come back 2 mins later, and sent me the phone out free of charge, along with a in car charger that i asked for too. lol
I have always been brought up with the saying, 'if you dont get if you dont ask', all they will say is no, and then i would have just went to a different company. lol
