elthrin Does it have low level rca outs on the back??? Have not taken it off yet so thought I would ask first.
elthrin Guess I will have to get a new head unit then. What makes are good these days? Was just looking at the JVC KD-AVX1 as it allows you to put MP3s on dvd and play them.
jayp1983 this is the 1 i have in my car and ive not had any problems with it. it plays dvds/mp3/cd and has quite a few rca and visual outputs it cost me around £300 but you can pick them up for around £200 now as they have been out over a year. it doesnt look too flashy either which puts theifs off(bit of a plus)
MattP Same one as I bought recently, it also has an option (with additional cables) to connect your sterring wheel controls, which is very handy. Mine cost about £170, off the internet, and it is a really good unit MattP

jayp1983 ive got mine connected with the steering controls cost me an extra £15 i think, it's got so many cables to be able to connect to it i havent used them yet and they still have the rubber covers on them.lol is't got something called 'z&z' to which i havent a clue to what it is about
