I did mine on a Thursday and had the disk Saturday morning. Damn site easier than pissing around with Post Offices in my opinion!
It shouldnt matter too much if you dont receive the disk before your old one runs out though as the old bill can check whether or not your taxed should you get pulled or zapped by an ampr (that correct?) camera
