evocarlos me dads got an old 3 litre v6 lwb shogun and he told me it was losing water and he thought it was the water pump so i went off and got him one and then went about fitting it.. what a bummer all the cowlings had to come off cam belt to, was going to change the cam belt but could not get the crank pulley bolt off had two 3 foot bars on the spanner and pulley it still did not budge looks like when he had it done 4 years ago a mitsy they stud locked it and overtightened it. the cam belt was way to lose and engine was running poorly after i put it all back together and put the right tension on the belt dad told me it was more responsive and went in to 4th earlier making it better on fuel consumption i guess lol any who here are some pic .. 😃 this work was done bout 3weeks ago he just told me today that in that time he has lost no water so its all good then.. 😃 😃 😃
