does anyone know of any where i can get an exhaust manifold from and not a standard one.. i now regal do them but does any where else...

the only exhaust manifolds in the uk are,

dbilas - cast 4-1

regal - stainless 4-1

and soon there will also be a ThorneyMotorSport 4-1 (stainless notsure.gif )

you might be better importing a 4-2-1 from the usa, a much better flowing exhaust manifold

it probably adds a good 5 bhp on it's own, maybe more

a sc vx220 had 240bhp with one fitted, normally the sc only kicks out 210bhp showo..

hopefully taking it of the vectra very soon, a bit of a shame to chop up the downpipe to make it fit my vx220 :shock:

here's a pic of a modified 4-2-1 to fit a vectra (astra, zafira probably very similar)

and the downpipes for a vx220

i would say the vectra set up would well for me thanx for ypur help everyone..

lexmaul has a 4-2-1 manifold with integrated sportscat. germany is closer then use but im not sure if its cheaper though notsure.gif

I think the lexmaul 4-2-1 is around £700.
