I started digging out the holes for the new fence posts yesterday, I've gone at least 2 foot down this time. I went that deep on some of them I've hit the water table, as water is seepingin through the soil into the hole. Also dismantled the side which has totally blown over, and priced up some of the metal spikes to add more strength to the posts.
