Andy_Coupe Looks very nice mate 8) Bit of advise, your induction system will be putting the engine power down beleive it or not! At the Total Vauxhall rolling road meet last year someone had the same induction system you have and the operator said because the air is traveling round a 180 degree bend, not enough air will be getting through! He ran the car with the filter on and it put out something like 150 BHP, he then ran it with it removed and it pushed well over 160 BHP. Some sort of mod will be needed to get you cone fitted to the black inlet pipe but then have it facing down near your light!
Matt I think she was actually down on Standard power with that induction kit set up like that. I think it pulled more like 140bhp before it was removed.

stevec thanks for all your coments, i have just booked my astra in for a custom exhaust i want a full stainless steel exhaust from the manifold any views?

Have a quick look in the Exhaust/Pre-Cat section, I'm sure there has been some discussion of this before. Failing that, whack up a new thread in there, and I'm sure someone will help you out.
stevec well i had the exhaust done today and i am not having any trouble with the car. phew, full stainless steel from the down pipe back replacing the cat with a de/cat pipe. sounds awesome and i will get pics up soon.
