Poor results on a Vectra rolling road day?

I noticed in the Total Vauxhall mag for this month a Vectra was running less Bhp than it should be :? . Even the owner was not happy with the results. I wonder why is was lower than the standard bhp. It was running at 139bhp at 5250rpm . He had light mods Remus centre pipe and Magnex back box. The standard Bhp is 147. Could his mods have reduced the power of his car?

Same here, it's under what it should be :? . It may have been something stupid keeping the bhp down...

when i read it i noticed that most cars including the gsi models were atleast 10 bhp less than standard. i read on and noticed that they measure from the flywheel and not the usual wheel measurement as this gives a fasle reading, i really dont know if i read it right but i would be one annoyed owner if my car was under the standard bhp by a long shot 🙁
