ASTRA2_2BADLAD Just finished getting my rear lights tinted and laqured by me work pal john at vantage vauxhall, top sprayer many thanks to him too wat ya thinks people didnt want em too dark !

evocarlos yeah i think so reflecters still work and i aint had any body drive in to me yet :shock: not to sure bout the MOT but aint got 1 till march lol 6layers of tint spray and 2 hours with the t cut mirror finsh.. 😃
evocarlos looks good from the pic it could of done with a good polish to bring out the shine ive masterd it now done mine twice cause i used a dirty cloth and scrachd one so did them again much better now all i will say is t-cut t-cut ... lol
Matt Yeah, the finish was quite rough on the lights on the fiesta, but I got rid of it a few months after, so didn't really care for getting a nice finish. Those pics were taken in October, and it was gone by January.
evocarlos i found that if you clean the lights whit t-cut 1st this removes all the crap off the lights but dust sticks to the light so i give them a wipe with a micro fiber make sure theres no dust 1st coat of paint do it dry hold the can bout 1ft 1/2 away let it dry 4 20 mins then come bk with a wet coat not to wet so that it runs but just so it shines wet all over leave it another 20 mins then repeat with more coats to get them as dark as you want them then after a few hours put them bk on the car and leave for 2 day to dry and then give them a good polish with the t-cut i.e polish in the same spot till it shines untill the hole light shines thats how i did mine lol
