the exhaust manifold cracking is something you could do without 🙁

still, soon be stripped down and the rebuild can begin 🙂

new manifold, weapon R or homemade is in order - i want a 2.5" system from manifold to tailpipes 🙂

Just mailed bloke about headwork, asked about cutting the egr valve bit completely off and welding up the holes
i'll leave the egr valve dangling somewhere till i get it turned off

remove the pistons to check the rings or fill the boar up with oil and see if it drops over the space of a few days...you will repair that for less than $500

best way to blank off the egr is the exhaust manifold flange, I will be welding across the slot on my weaponR - thus blocking the flow 🙂

Inlet manifold will be getting the usual '2p coin' blanking plate :lol:
