Cylinder Head Bolts - Reusable?

Simple question really.
Are the cylinder head bolts stretch bolts that can only be used once?
Quite expensive from the Vauxhall Stealers, so didn't want to purchase unless I had too!

theres some on ebay quite cheap 11 quid or so, seems tooo cheap

I only use genuine headbolts, seen too many cheap ones snap :shock:

part number 90537691 a MASSIVE £1.35 each :shock:

so a bank loan for £13.50 will be required :lol:
