I've done it twice now. Its not that bad really, it doesn't take long and your doing it for a great cause!! More peolpe should donate :!:

Just got back, went well, apart from about 10 mins after when I had to lay on the floor! Feel OK now, and feel great knowing if's for a good cause. (plus I got out of work for an hour 😃 )

TBH I don't actually know my blood type. I've had a couple of blood tests in the past, and had several large tattoo's, so the pain/needles aren't an issue, it was purely the fact I was missing a pint of the red stuff which made me feel faint.

Funny tho, i have a little nose bud and a gold eyebrow bar :shock:
but hit the floor when i seen it was thru my skin LOL
