well i don't know a great deal about ice, i idid the same as you and posted on a forum site asking for advice.
what i do know is that you want to set yourself a budget as mentioned by others there are many makes of subs and amps and all sorts of prices.
as mark said, you want to compare the power of the subs to the power of the amp but use the rms figure and not the peak power figure.
also from what i was told you would be better off going for a mono amp rather than a 2 channel amp as the mono amps are better and they will still run 2 subs.
on top of that buy the best cables you can afford, start buying cheap cables and you'll lose sound quality.
