I have just come back in to find a car blocking my drive 🙁 . I am not using my drive at the moment but if I was I would be very pissed off. I normally park my car outside my drive at the moment. Well at least it's another Vauxhall, it's a silver Zafira.

Thats breaking the law, as you aren't allows to block a dropped curb, as you require access to your property.

Hmm, I don't have a dropped curb yet. I have double drive gates and a driveway with gravel in the middle. Does that count?

hmm, and it's a council house? didn't you mention something about having to pay the council to make you a drop curb?

Yes they want £300 for the job. I will get it done at some point as I tend to stay here for life. I even want to buy it later :razz:

Nice, £300 isn't that bad, and at least you know it's going to be done officially if the counil are doing it.

Do what I do. Go and try and block him in. Then put a polite notice on his window saying to chap your door if he wants out. They then have to confront you on your turf. You dont even have to get arsey with them, but I tell you what, they will never park there again.

I like the sound of that, would be interesting to see if they'd actually come, or just try and get out

When I park up behind them I just take a pic of the reg on my phone. Any dints and ive got a pic of there reg and there car infront of my bonnet.
