HUDDY sorry to sound silly every1 but when people talk about changing the back box what is ment by cat back system as to a normal 1, and what is the difference ect??? cheers..
Daz A cat back is purley a replacement exhaust fitted after the cat...Which consists of the centre section and back box..hope this helps.. Moved to correct section..
HUDDY So am i right in saying the center section would be replaced for a straight through then, also if i went to the likes of longlife ect for something custo made can you decide o the sound as i dont want anything loud but do want to ncrease performance...
Andy yeah mate at longlife you can choose how it sounds, thats where i got my exhaust made. the remus center section doesn't have a silencer but my longlife exhaust does.
blue_se2 Remus do a centre with or without a silencer. I'm not a big fan of the custom made exhaust as exhaust manifactures spend a lot of time making sure they get opium performance out of their systems on rolling roads etc. Where as custom exhaust makers from my experence just bend and weld pipe? But thats just my opinion.
