Gazza my other half wonts a new phone on contract,im on pay as you go what we wont is her to get a hanset then get 1 for me but on the same account is this possable ? she wonts the lg chocolate thing can anyone point me in the direction of what im after ?
Andy yes it is possible, my sister is on orange and she could have upto 5 phones on the same account. also my friend has a contract phone and is always being offered second phone on the same account. not really sure how you'd go about it though.
Matt You can set up a business account normally, where all the numbers are billed to the same account. Best bet is to go into Carphone Warehouse/O2/Vodafone shop etc, and explain what you want.
Tina Hi, i had an O2 contract phone. I then got another phone on my account, both bills were kept seperate but came out my bank. (different days of the month) I just kept up grading them.
Gazza cool just wondered if you could do it all online would they do a credit check on both us do you know if it was all in her name ? as i owe orange money :oops:
Tina If your girlfriend is getting the account in her name then she can add another phone on. Altho some contracts often want the 1st bill to be paid. They take a months rental up front aswell. Your girlfriend does not have to mention the phone is for you. 😃 They may do a credit check on your girlfriend tho, but nowadays normally a current bank account does the trick. (Its got nothing to do with them who/what the phone is for ???)
