Its the same with the N70, the firmware was/is shit, so O2 have stopped selling it apparently. The problem with the Ringtones on the N70 is by around 95% of the N70s have it. You are lucky to get one without the problem.
Apparently the N73 is ment to be the same too. Alot of problems with the N73 according to O2 and Phones 4 U, Carphone warehouse, Vodaphone and a few others i have spoken too in the past. They say it freezes on camera, while taking a photo, freezes when calling someone, same with sending a text too. Dont know if its true, but thats what they say.
But apparently the N95, has now been put back according to a source, lol, so it might not be out until later, but i can get one from Spain for £202 from a recommended company, just cant remember the address or their website. lol
