OK started working on ash tray area......
I wanted the panel i make be perfect stock fit so i hacked apart a spare ashtray and glued all parts together to make one huge panel
the actual ashtray was chopped of keeping just the front part
i then smoothed the panel with some filler and filled in the old sig lighter whole (this will be relocated somewhere later on)
I then covered it in alcantara material to match my dash
which was a total waste of time becasue im going to rip of the material to install the VFD display (see picture below) but i could not help into covering it to see how it looked without the Sig lighter lol
this is the VFD im going to use but its going to be a tri color version, and hopefully if i can get my dam ODB to work though Centrafuse i will be using this to display my OBD data
here is a poor quick mock of what i hope it to look like approx (of course the color version (but straight lol)
