Matt I know what you mean Daz, the camera one mine phone is the same, 3megapixel, which is good for snaps, but for anything decent, you need a good camera.
Andy thing is it don't matter how many mega pixel your camera is its the lens thats the most important bit so if you got a crap lens you won't get a top quality picture which is why the cameras on most phones will never be as good as a normal camera.
Matt One of the things I don't like with the camera on the nokia's is they have a good lense, but it doesn't have auto-focus. So you can get decent pictures if you are able to set the scene up etc, but for general photo taking, that it where it lets itself down compaired to my old 2mp coolpix camera
