Astra Coupe SE2 (Special Edition) 2.2i 16v -147bhp
I bought this car in July from Newcastle as it’s a minter and still is. Car
has covered 48k and is a 2001 51 plate model. It is tax till July 07 and
MOT till Jan 07. I am selling due to new job and requiring something more
economical.
With the early 2.2s there is a problem with the timing chain and nozzle
which causes the timing chain to snap and several thousands pounds worth of bill, has been changed very recently, so you don’t have to worry about that.
The car has a few minor stone chips on bonnet and front bumper and a few stone chips on the doors - but apart from that the bodywork is mint.
Car has full service history, and not due a service for another 8k or so.
When I bought the car I got a Cat 1 alarm fitted with remote locking, also
replaced the normal black Vauxhall grille with an aftermarket one(original
one comes with sale) and also replaced the alloys for some new ones.
I clean my car without fail every week and wax and polish every other as its my little baby and I will be sad to see her go, but I don’t want to put 80 miles a day on her commuting to work.
