A member on here, spikey, had his vec cc se done at chipped and got 163bhp I think, He also had a cat back and filter on though.Don't concentrate just on the hp gains though, there is no point having 170 if all he power is in one spike,neall (spikeyy) said the hole line was raised, no flat spot and the power came in really smooth, he loved it, and in a big heavy vec c said it transformed the car. Also try an go for a 3D remap that is just for your car rather than an of the shelf one, it might cost a bit more but the power is better.
