D.I.Y Chain and nozzle change...

Has anyone done a chain cx and fitted the post-mod nozzle on a 22? Thinking of doing it myself but not sure how easy it is...

I know that the timing is a piece of piss, with the sprocket marks and all, so that shouldnt be an issue... am I right in saying no need for strobes and setting up?

Contact Daz for the info on this. I'm hoping he'll be doing mine when I get all the kit for the upgrade.

I watched Daz change my chain a few weeks back and once he got to the chain it looked fairly straight forward but he had to remove a fair bit to get at it.

It took him about 4 1/2 hours from start to finish.

as above, quite easy, the water pump bolt can be a git to remove - due to the inner wing, otherwise a few hours work

Sound, cheers chaps... not in any hurry to do it as im sure mine falls outside the engine numbers affected by the smaller nozzle. But still, its on my to-do list... along with new clutch, a/c has gone kaput and exhaust is nackered too... hmm maybe time for that nice shiny stainless system now 🙂

go for it allways an up side to something going wrong cause you can upgraded it 😃
