update:
just in case you have missed the other threads..
the tweaked engine gave a power figure of 179hp at the wheels, guesstimate of 215 bhp at the flywheel, torque was 195 ft lb's.
the milltek backbox has since been modified from 2" to 2.5" including a new 2.5" U bend, so now my vx220 has a full 2.5" exhaust system.
a 2007 vectra M32 6 speed gearbox has also now been fitted along with a kevlar clutch and 2007 lotus europa S driveshafts + gearbox mounts.
the final drive ratio was 3.65 on the vectra 2.2 M32, so this was changed to an Astra VXR 3.94 final drive ratio 🙂
